- All advertisers
will be listed on the first page of the advertising section with
links to individual advertisements.
- Employees will
receive e-mail reminders of the advertisement site at least once a
month. In addition, advertisers will be featured by name in e-mails
to employees when they are added to the website.
- All advertisements
will run for a period of six months—either July 1 through December
31 or January 1 through June 30—for a charge of $500 per period.
There will be no pro-rated charges for those who place a web ad
later within time periods.
- All advertisements
must come web-ready—either as Microsoft Word documents or as Adobe
pdf’s. The information should be e-mailed to Mark Kramer at
mkramer@pasadenaisd.org
- Advertisements
will be updated July 1st and January 1st.
- The business will
be added to the website within 5 business days from the date payment
is verified and the advertisement received. Payment must be in cash,
check, money order, or credit card. Payment should be made care of
Pat Brenneman, Superintendent’s Office, Pasadena ISD, 1515
Cherrybrook Lane, Pasadena, TX 77502.
- No advertisements
will be allowed concerning politics, religion, alcohol, tobacco,
drugs, weapons or gangs. Additionally, no advertising will be
allowed that is sexually obscene or otherwise inflammatory.
- Pasadena ISD
reserves the right to refuse or remove any advertisements from any
company or organization. The Pasadena ISD Associate Superintendent
for Communications and Community Relations or designee will be the
final decision maker on all advertisements posted on the Pasadena
ISD website.
- Pasadena ISD does
not support, represent, or endorse the accuracy, quality, or
reliability of any of the products or services advertised on the
website
