City of Pasadena donated $100,000 toward the construction of a
SPARK Park at the new Kruse Elementary School to be located on
Park Lane. District “A” City Councilman Ralph Riggs, left, makes
the donation on behalf of the city to Kruse Principal Rosie
Prusz and SPARK Park representative Kathleen Ownby.
