The election date for the Pasadena ISD Board of Trustees will now be held during the November general election. 

In previous years, the Board of Trustee elections were held during the second Saturday in May. However, legislation passed at the state level last spring now requires school districts to hold their elections jointly with the city or county. 

The board approved Nov. 6 as the date for this year’s election at a recent meeting. Filing for the election will begin July 30 and continue through Aug. 28.
