The Superintendent is the custodian of all Board
records. Requests for such records must be made in writing to the
Superintendent.
The proceedings of the formal meetings of the
Board shall be recorded on tape for ease of transcription and
reference and shall be filed in the Superintendent’s office. The
tapes shall not leave that office and any replaying shall occur
under the supervision of the Recording Secretary of the Board.
Tapes shall be retained for one year.
Official minutes of Board meetings shall be kept
by the Recording Secretary of the Board in the Superintendent’s
office and shall be made available during regular office hours to
anyone wishing to examine them. Official minutes shall not leave
the Superintendent’s Office and shall be examined only under the
supervision of the Recording Secretary.
Resolutions, orders, etc., passed by the Board
shall be bound in the permanent record of Board proceedings.
