FAILURE TO WEAR IDENTIFICATION TAG

An employee failing to wear his or her identification tag shall be issued a temporary "Substitute" tag. The second time, and each time thereafter, such a tag is issued the employee, the employee shall receive a Notice of Unsatisfactory Performance. (See DOCC (LOCAL) Additionally, if the employee has misplaced or lost his or her identification tag, the employee shall have five days, in the first instance, and two days, in subsequent instances, to find the lost or misplaced identification tag. At the expiration of the specified time period, the employee shall be required to purchase a duplicate identification tag.
