The Mae Smythe mission is to provide students with the skills and positive attitudes necessary to become fully contributing citizens of the 21st century.
Along with basic academic skills, students are guided through the comprehensive curriculum. It includes enhancement of creativity, critical thinking, self-expression, leadership, problem solving abilities, respect of others, decision-making and responsibility. Mae Smythe believes that all students can be successful. The staff also believes that every child has the right to have a peaceful, productive day while learning at school.
