Growing up in a vibrant, culturally rich environment, she attended all Pasadena Independent School District (PISD) schools, where her love for learning flourished. Jessica pursued higher education at The University of Houston - Clear Lake, earning a Bachelor of Applied Science in Interdisciplinary Studies. Her commitment to educational excellence led her to further her studies, and she proudly obtained her Master of Science in Educational Leadership from the same institution.

Throughout her professional journey, Jessica has dedicated herself to serving the Pasadena community in various capacities. She began her career as a teacher, where she inspired countless students and fostered a love of learning in her classroom. Her passion for education motivated her to take on additional roles, including an interventionist and instructional coach, where she provided support to both students and fellow educators.
