Technology Help Desk

The Technology Helpdesk serves as the central command center for all of Technology Services. 

 

Employees may contact the Helpdesk for first level support. 
If necessary, a work order may be entered for any technology service requests that they cannot assist on via Incident IQ in the Pasadena ISD ClassLink Portal.

 

Help Desk hours are as follows:

Monday to Friday
7:00 am to 4:30 pm

Parent Technology Support

Pasadena ISD offers support to parents with needs, questions, and concerns regarding their children's education. The District works closely with parents and school administrators to ensure decisions are made in the best interest of all students.

For most concerns that arise, your child's school is the best place to start. This could involve speaking with the teacher, counselor, assistant principal, or principal.
