To ensure district procedures are followed, the Grants Department should be notified in advance of your intent to submit a grant application or request for funding. 

Instructions for Grants $10,000 or less: 

Prior to applying for grants $10,000 or less, complete all of the following steps: 

1. Review the Grant Process.
2. Fill Out the Intent to Apply Form - a preview of the form is available here. 

• Note: Intent to Apply forms should be submitted to the Grants  Department; a minimum of 15 days prior to the application deadline.

Restrictions regarding technology requests.

• Android Tablets, Apple Products in General (especially Apple TV), Kindle Fire, Personal Printers are not compatible with PISD technology and should not be requested.
• All Apps/Software and eBooks must be listed on the approved technology lists.

3. Notify the Grants Department of the Grant Award at Grants@Pasadenaisd.org

• If you are applying for a Pasadena ISD Education Foundation Mini Grant, do not submit an Intent to Apply Form. Visit the Education Foundation webpage for further Mini Grants Instructions.
