Pasadena Independent School District offers a secure site for former students, corporations, post-secondary institutions, and military recruiters to request records online.
Per the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), if the student is 18 years of age or older, student records will only be released to the student. In order for records to be released to another individual, the student must provide written consent and a copy of the student’s state issued ID.
Per the Texas Education Agency (TEA), official transcripts/student records can only be mailed to an institution of higher learning, employers, and military recruiters. Transcripts/student records requested to be mailed directly to the student will be unofficial.

IMPORTANT: If you are requesting a non-official transcript be mailed directly to you, you will be required to upload a copy of your State Issued ID. Instructions for uploading your ID will be provided in the confirmation email once you submit your request.
Pasadena ISD is required to retain records for all former students 5 years from their last date of enrollment. Once the 5 years expire, only records for high school students are required to be retained.
