    NOTE: An Intent to Apply Form does NOT need to be submitted for an Education Foundation Grant. 

    Steps to Apply for a Mini-Grant:

    1. Save the PDF form to your desktop (Click here to download)
    2. Edit the PDF from your desktop.
    3. Save as needed.
    4. Send the completed PDF to the designated email with your Campus Name

    When the application is complete, submit to Foundation@pasadenaisd.org

  • Toshiba America Foundation for STEM

    Sixth to 12th grade teachers are invited to apply on-line for a Toshiba America Foundation grant of up to $5,000 and more than $5,000 to help bring an innovative project into their own classroom.

    With a Toshiba America Foundation grant, sixth to 12th grade teachers can bring their best new teaching ideas to life.

    Please note the following:

    • We only accept on-line applications through the designated links above.
    • Applications must be for project-based learning. We do not consider requests for computers, laptops or tablets.
  • Texas Retired Teachers Foundation

    The Classroom Assistance Grant is awarded to Texas public school teachers who, on a daily basis, demonstrate commitment to public education and Texas children through the creation of programs, events, or other learning platforms.

    Applicants may download an application from the TRTF website beginning August 15, 2025. All applications must be received in full by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, January 09, 2026. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered.

    The names of the grant recipients will be announced on Thursday, February 27, 2026. Winners will be notified by email, and the names of the recipients will be shared on the TRTF website and Facebook.

    The First-Year Teacher Scholarship is to provide funds to assist the recipient in purchasing materials for his or her classroom.

    Applicants may download an application from the TRTF website beginning August 15, 2025. All applications must be received in full by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, January 09, 2026. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered.

    The names of the scholarship recipients will be announced on Friday, February 27, 2026. Winners will be notified by email, and the names of the recipients will be shared on the TRTF website and Facebook.

    Purpose: The purpose of the grant is to support schools and organizations with funding towards, community and economic development, diversity and inclusion, education, health and human services, hunger relief and healthy eating, public safety and quality of life.
    Award: $250 to $5,000

  • Classic for Kids Foundation

    Purpose: To empower young people to shape positive futures through music, build sustainable stringed instrument music programs, and provide grants for high-quality instruments.

  • Fruit Tree Planting Foundation Orchard Grant
    Source: Fruit Tree Planting Foundation (FTPF) and Stretch Island Fruit Co.
    Application Deadline: Inquiries accepted year-round
    Purpose: Brings fruit tree orchards (about 20-25 trees minimum) to schools to improve the surrounding environment and provide a local source of healthy nutrition.
    Awards: Trees, materials, orchard installation design work, and onsite environmental curriculum
