Guidelines & Information

Orders without a completed & signed Print Order Form will NOT be accepted or processed.

All orders must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance to meet your desired deadline.

A $30 rush fee is applied for all print orders needed before the 2 week turnaround timeline.

A $25 set up fee may be applied if your PDF is not print-ready. If a custom-sized print order is needed, a $20 fee will be applied.

Please send the Canva link via email so we can make any design adjustments for printing. Set up fees may be applied depending on the pre-press adjustments to be made to the design.

We can proceed with printing, but cannot guarantee print quality and outcome. Ai-designed files are not ideal for prepress and high quality printing.

The credit card payment processing fee is not managed by the Pasadena ISD Printing Department.

We cannot guarantee our machines will accept customer-supplied paper or material, nor can we guarantee the quality and outcome of the print. The Print Shop reserves the right to reject any paper that is incompatible with our equipment. If you choose to provide your own paper or material, you do so at your own risk.

To ensure the laminating machine is ready for use, please call the Print Shop 15 minutes in advance. The machine requires a 15-minute warm-up period.

Fill out a Printing or Lamination form and send it to Printshop@Pasadenaisd.org.
Orders submitted to an email other than Printshop@Pasadenaisd.org may not be reviewed or submitted.
