Subpoenas should be addressed and served to the Director of Student Services as the Custodian of Records at the Pasadena ISD administration building, located at 3920 Mickey Gilley Blvd., Pasadena, TX, between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm. Current Students

Subpoenas should be addressed and served to the principal of the student’s current campus. Please contact the school directly for address and business hours. Contact information can be found on the campus directory.

Service of Subpoenas for Appearance

Subpoenas for personal appearance in civil court must be served to the individual named on the subpoena and must include a witness fee. District employees including teachers, counselors and principals will not be pulled from instruction or other duties to accept service and will not be called to the reception area to accept service. Service will need to be accomplished before or after the workday, or during an off period.

Subpoenas for record/personal appearance in criminal or JP court can be delivered in person, submitted electronically or via certified mail.

Other Subpoenas or Legal Documents
