Current Pasadena ISD Students
Grades PK-8: Contact the records clerk at the current campus of enrollment to obtain your records.
High School Students: You may use the Request Form for your high school or contact the campus registrar directly.

Graduated Students/Alumni and Third-Party Requestors
PLEASE NOTE THAT STARTING MAY 1, 2026, PISD WILL NO LONGER USE SCRIBORDER TO PROCESS ALUMNI TRANSCRIPTS.
Beginning May 1, 2026, PISD will be partnering with Parchment.
Graduated Students/Alumni/Third Party Requestors must use the link below to request transcripts.

Pasadena ISD Non-Graduates
Pasadena ISD is required to retain records for all former students 5 years from their last date of enrollment. Once the 5 years expire, only records for high school students are required to be retained.
If you last attended Pasadena ISD in:
• Grades PK-8, contact the records clerk at the campus for last enrollment to obtain your records.
• Grades 9-12 and did not graduate, click here to obtain your transcript and/or records.
Private Schools and Out-of-State School
Contact the records clerk at the student’s last campus of enrollment to obtain your records.
