Term Life Insurance is with Minnesota Life Insurance

Please review the brochure for more information regarding premiums. This benefit is only offered to new hires. If current employees have this benefit, they may continue it.

Whole Life Insurance is with Combined Life Insurance

Permanent Life (CHUBB) will no longer be offerred as a benefit as of 10/01/2025 – those currently enrolled will be eligible to continue this benefit as a payroll deduction through 12/15/2026. After that, the employee will be able to continue this benefit as a bank draft directly with CHUBB.
