Stephanie Griffin

District Specialist, IS Reading Language Arts

Stephanie Griffin serves as the Intermediate RLA Instructional Specialist for Pasadena Independent School District (ISD), a position she has held since 2022. Before joining PISD, she dedicated four years as a District Instructional Coach in Channelview ISD and spent five years as a Secondary Curriculum Coordinator in Sheldon ISD. Mrs. Griffin's educational journey began in 2004 at Sharpstown High School in the Houston Independent School District (HISD), where she taught English, Advanced Placement (AP) courses, and Journalism. She also taught English and AP classes at Channelview High School.

Mrs. Griffin's academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Lamar University, which she earned in 2017, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Louisiana State University in 2000. Her passion for education and leadership has shaped her career and positively impacted the districts she has served.

Mrs. Griffin and her husband, Kade, who is the principal at La Porte High School reside in Mont Belvieu with their son, T.J.
