After receiving her bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University, Andrea Lynn came to the Houston area to begin her student teaching. She then earned her Master’s degree from Prairie View A&M University before coming to Pasadena ISD. Her educational career includes teaching middle school resource reading & social studies, counseling at all levels, elementary through high school, and now begins her 27th year in education serving as a coordinator in the district career and technical education department.

Her husband, Tim, is also an educator spending the last 25 years teaching band within Pasadena ISD. They are the proud parents of two children, both who are attending schools within Pasadena ISD. Their children keep them busy between different sporting and band activities.

You can often find Andrea outside of work spending time with their two dogs, traveling to see family, and spending time with friends and family.
