I am a Pasadena ISD alumna that attended Genoa Elementary, Miller Intermediate and South Houston High School. I have a BA in History and a Master of Science in School Library and Information Science from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.

I have taught in Pasadena ISD for 18 years, and currently serve as the librarian at Morales Elementary. I also serve as the campus GT Testing Coordinator and pull-out teacher, and Spelling Bee Coordinator.

I have previously served on our district Name That Book Committee and am currently a member of the Library Advisory Committee.
