Trevor Cobb was a running back for Dobie High School and Rice University. At Rice, Cobb won the 1991 Doak Walker Award and set the school's single-season rushing record with 1,692 yards. He finished his college career with almost 5,000 rushing yards and 38 touchdowns, ranking eighth in Division I history at the time. Cobb, who was not drafted in the NFL, played for the Kansas City Chiefs and the Chicago Bears. Since retiring, he has done community service through his non-profit, Helping Hands. Cobb was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2018.
