Lindy Pace

Campus Specialist, IS Mathematics

Department:
Parkview Intermediate School

Lindy was born and raised in Pasadena, Texas. Her father was employed in the petrochemical industry, while her mother dedicated her time to raising Lindy and her siblings: an older sister and a younger brother. She attended Jensen Elementary, Turner Elementary, Bondy Intermediate, and graduated as a Centurion from Sam Rayburn High School in 2002.

Lindy began her teaching career in 2009 at South Houston Intermediate, where she taught 7th grade math, 7th grade advanced math, 8th grade math, and served as the cheerleading coach. In 2015, she transitioned to a Peer Facilitator role at Beverly Hills Intermediate, eventually becoming an Instructional Coach as her responsibilities evolved. By 2018, Lindy was promoted to Campus Content Specialist, returning to support South Houston Intermediate. In 2019, she expanded her role to include support for Queens Intermediate and Park View Intermediate, ultimately focusing solely on Park View Intermediate since 2020. As a direct result of her instructional support and coaching, Park View was named and recognized, as a School to Watch in 2023 and designated as a Model PLC campus in 2024.

Lindy is married to Zachary, a fellow Sam Rayburn High School alumnus, and they are the proud parents of three children: Landon, who is a freshman at the Career and Technical High School specializing in computer maintenance and networking; Layne, a 6th grader at Lomax Middle School; and Lauren, a 3rd grader at Turner Elementary.

In her spare time, Lindy enjoys cheering for her children at their sporting events, reading, and engaging in crafting activities.
