Annette Stubbs is an experienced educator with a diverse professional background serving as a teacher, campus coach, RISE Instructional Specialist and Coordinator of Mentoring for Pasadena ISD since 2005. She holds a Master of Education in Administration from Lamar University and a Bachelor of Science from Texas State University.

As Coordinator of Mentoring and member of the RISE Team, she focuses on recruiting, retaining, and developing highly qualified staff for Pasadena ISD. Annette enjoys engaging with staff through district professional development, instructional coaching and providing campus support. In addition to her RISE work, Annette represents the district on several Region 4 communities of practice and assists in facilitation of the Aspiring Administrator and Counselor Academy for PISD.
