Ryan Fountain is an accomplished instructional leader from Michigan who has been part of Pasadena ISD since 2013. He has a diverse teaching background, including roles as an elementary teacher in fine arts, second grade general education, and fourth grade personalized learning. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from Michigan State University and a Master of Education in Educational Administration from Lamar University. He currently works as the RISE Instructional Specialist within PISD's Curriculum & Instruction team.
In his role as an Instructional Specialist for the RISE team, Ryan actively engages in various activities that support educators. He visits classrooms, coaches teachers, provides professional development, and collaborates with PISD leadership to address the needs of the district's educators. Ryan is well-known for conducting workshops that cater to educators at all levels. His sessions are characterized by their energetic, engaging, inspiring, and innovative nature, making a significant impact on teaching practices within the district. Through his dedication and expertise, Ryan Fountain continues to enhance the instructional landscape of Pasadena ISD, fostering a supportive environment for both teachers and students.
