Melissa Archer is a dedicated educational leader currently serving as the Math Campus Content Specialist at the Career and Technical High School. With seventeen years of experience in education, she brings a wealth of knowledge in mathematics instruction and leadership.


Melissa began her career in a secondary school setting, where she taught various math subjects and supported students in their learning journeys. Her experience spans multiple grade levels, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of student needs and instructional strategies.
In her leadership roles, Melissa has focused on instructional support and mentoring educators, helping them enhance their teaching practices and effectively engage students. As a coach, she has worked closely with teachers to develop their skills and foster collaborative learning environments, contributing to improved student outcomes.


Melissa holds a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. She is skilled in developing effective instructional systems and has shared her expertise through various professional development sessions.
