Priscilla Segura is an innovative instructional leader with 15 years of experience in the Pasadena Independent School District. Starting her career at Carter Lomax Middle School, she excels in collaborating and implementing district curriculum. As a Reading Campus Content Specialist, Priscilla leads curriculum development, provides professional development, and supports instructional coaching. Known for her strong communication skills, she builds consensus among diverse stakeholders.

Priscilla holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston Clear Lake and is fluent in English and Spanish. She collaborates with Innovation and Development, Instructional Specialists, and Content Specialists to deliver best practices. Priscilla also conducts campus walks, offers feedback and support, and coordinates campus-wide needs assessments. Her accomplishments include contributing to her previous school’s recognition as a Solution Tree PLC Model School and the Summit Learning RISE Award.
