Lindsey Lesniewski is an educational leader with experiences in school administration, curriculum development, and instructional leadership. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Curriculum and Instruction at Pasadena ISD, Lindsey oversees the curriculum development and instructional implementation for grades PK-4 across 36 elementary campuses. Additionally, she supervises the Language Arts, Multilingual, and Advanced Academic departments within the district.

Prior to her current role, Lindsey served as a Principal at Gardens Elementary, where she supported instructional programs leading to improved student achievement and a culture of academic excellence. She focused on data-driven strategies, social-emotional learning, and innovative teaching practices to support student success.

Lindsey holds a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Houston Clear Lake, as well as a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from Valley City State University.
